Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please note the following: 

• We accept returns on full priced shoes within 14 days of delivery.

• The item(s) should be returned unused in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) 

• Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

• You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. 

• The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
