How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary express shipping for all domestic orders. Packages will arrive to your door via USPS.
Next day domestic shipping upgrade is $34
International shipping is calculated at checkout
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
When will my purchase ship?
Orders typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
Where do you ship from?
Your order will be shipped to you from our office in New York City.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, absolutely. Please indicate this at checkout and we will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
What's your return policy?
